On Sept. 22, Bailey Eberle successfully defended her Ph.D. Dissertation. This work focuses on understanding the relationship between compatibilizer molecular design and its ability to compatibilize crystalline polymer blends. These blends are important in recycling polymers as crystalline polymers are a major part of the waste stream. Her work has resulted in three publications, with another ready to submit to a journal.
